- Recently, It was my sad responsibility to sell the family home. Good friends of mine recommended Cheryl Bower at Zephyr. My husband and I interviewed her and liked her immediately. She is a patient listener and an excellent communicator. I didn’t even know what the word “escrow” meant.

- Cheryl just helped my husband and I buy our first home – THANK YOU CHERYL!! It’s going to be hard for me to fully describe what an awesome realtor she is, so I will just give you some examples:- Being first-time buyers, we bombarded her daily with a million questions (many of them truly basic stuff) and she patiently answered each of them, either herself or when she didn’t know the answer, by referring us to someone more knowledgeable. I love it when people are willing to say they don’t know, rather than make up answers that are incorrect!- We never felt any pressure from her than we have to buy a house quickly or look at houses above a price we were comfortable with. In other words, we never felt like she was just trying to “make a sale” – instead, she really wanted to help find the right house for us. Early on in our search, she actually encouraged us to keep looking because she knew that we’re fanatic cooks and a particular condo’s kitchen would have been way too small for us.- When we hired Cheryl, we also got access to her large network of professional contacts, everyone from mortgage advisors, escrow officers, contractors, inspectors, etc. It’s obvious all of these folks enjoy working with Cheryl, so they go out of their way to help her clients (i.e. us!!) out. Everyone she’s recommended to us so far has been as enjoyable to work with as her, and even now, after we have our keys, we’re emailing her for recommendations.- Cheryl uses an electronic signing service for all the documents that are generated during the real estate purchase process, which saved us from endless cycles of printing/scanning/emailing/faxing.
